  • A Party with 6 or more of your friends

  • 90 minute duration

  • Your own Party Host

  • Learn some moves and a mini dance

Party FAQs

  • We know getting ladies together can be tricky so let’s start with filling out the form above to check the date is available first.

  • Our parties are $50pp with a minimum charge of 6 people.

    We have 8 poles available so you can choose to cap your party at 8 or you can have up to 16 people and we can do some doubles tricks (2ppl per pole).

  • You will have a designated Host.

    Your host will take you through a warmup/stretch then you will learn some basic moves, finishing off with a dance using the moves learned throughout the workshop.

  • We have a 15 minute window for you all to use our dressing room and bathroom to get ready for your next party stop.

  • Wear, or bring along, some activewear or fun outfits.

    Just make sure you have some skin showing behind the knees and on your arms eg. short bikeshorts, sports bra and/or singlet is perfect.

    Or you can go to town with getting your sexy on and wear bodysuits, bikinis or whatever you feel fits the vibe or your party.

    There is no judgement inside our studio!

    You can be barefoot or wear socks. It’s up to you.

    No shoes are required.

  • The poles spin so while we like you to enjoy yourself, we ask that you be responsible in your alcohol consumption to keep everyone safe.

    If required, your host will have a table set up for your BYO nibbles and fridge prepared for your drinks.

    We’ve found it’s best to bring individual cans/bottles rather than mixing spirits etc.

    If you want champaign glasses (plastic), just let us know upon booking.

  • That’s fine, we understand life happens.

    It’s important to let us know ASAP if plans change as we do have a cancellation policy.

  • Yes! You have the whole studio.
